WONIL offers a wide range of extrusion dies to cover pipe outer diameters up to 1200mm and different wall thicknesses. These are designed and constructed inside the company, made with the most modern processing machines precisely tested and finally subjected to a function test.

WONIL's base dies are designed to harmonize with single-screw extruder for maximum output and to meet the specific requirements of the products.

Gearing them precisely to extruder throughput capacity and melt flow in the die, allowing for a defined dwell time, is guaranteed to achieve outstanding product quality.
